ER Vets George Clooney, Noah Wyle, Anthony Edwards And Julianna Margulies Reunite In New Photo

Four of County General's finest are together again.

More than 30 years after the debut of the NBC juggernaut ER, series vet Noah Wyle (fka Dr. John Carter) shared a new photo Friday with fellow original cast members Anthony Edwards (Dr. Mark Greene), George Clooney (Dr. Doug Ross) and Julianna Margulies (Nurse Carol Hathaway), all of whom gathered this week to celebrate the opening of Clooney's Broadway play, Good Night, and Good Luck.

"So very proud of my friend," Wyle wrote on Instagram. "So very happy for the reunion."

This marks the first time that the four OGs have been pictured together in more than two decades. They all gathered for a virtual, pandemic-era reunion in April 2021 — which you can revisit here — but reminiscing over Zoom just isn't the same as reminiscing in person.

Wyle is currently the star and executive producer of the Max medical drama The Pitt, which has already been renewed for Season 2. The hit series reunites the five-time Emmy nominee with fellow ER vets, executive producers R. Scott Gemmill and John Wells. Its Season 1 finale drops Thursday, April 10.

The actor recently visited TVLine's New York City studio and marked the 25th anniversary of an unforgettable ER episode — Season 6's "Be Still My Heart," which culminated in the gruesome stabbings of both Dr. Carter and med student Lucy Knight:
