Tony Awards 2025: Full List Of Winners — Nicole Scherzinger, Cole Escola, Maybe Happy Ending And More
Theater's biggest night is upon us once again, as the 78th Tony Awards (CBS, 8/7c) hand out trophies to the best and brightest from the latest Broadway season.
Heading into Sunday's ceremony, three musicals — Buena Vista Social Club, which follows several musicians in Havana, Cuba across four decades; Death Becomes Her, a stage adaptation of the 1992 film, starring Megan Hilty and Jennifer Simard; and Maybe Happy Ending, a love story between two retired helper robots, played by Darren Criss and Helen J. Shen — led the pack with 11 nominations each.
Other heavily nominated productions include Dead Outlaw, The Hills of California, John Proctor Is the Villain and Sunset Boulevard with seven nominations each; Floyd Collins, Just in Time, The Picture of Dorian Gray and Purpose with six each; and English, Good Night, and Good Luck, Gypsy, Oh, Mary!, and Stranger Things: The First Shadow with five each.
Wicked star Cynthia Erivo, a Tony winner herself for 2016's The Color Purple, hosted this year's main event on CBS, which included performances from some of the year's biggest musicals. A pre-ceremony broadcast, where several awards were handed out early, was hosted by Darren Criss and Renée Elise Goldsberry on Pluto TV.
Read on for a complete breakdown of Tony nominees and winners. Did your favorite shows and stars win big? Were you shocked by any category in particular? Drop a comment with your thoughts on the results below.
