Criminal Minds JJ Emily Jemily Spoilers

Are we going to get any "Jemily" scenes on Criminal Minds this season? –Izzy
In this Thursday's episode of the Paramount+ hit, Emily (played by Paget Brewster) somewhat randomly answers the question of, "Hey, whatever happened between Prentiss and Season 14 beau Andrew Mendoza?" — and I'm pretty sure that her unexpected reveal makes our JJ (A.J. Cook) blush.

Is Cobie Smulders returning to Shrinking? –Sam
Smulders is confirmed to continue her role as Sofi — a romantic interest for fellow HIMYM alum Jason Segel's Jimmy — in Season 3 of the acclaimed comedy, which has a "Moving Forward" theme.

Is there any chance we will get more of Ultimate Cowboy Showdown? –Kimberly
Sadly, Season 4 of the INSP competition series was its last, and there are no plans at this time to bring it back. (On the bright side, you can access past shows for free via the INSP YouTube Channel, which hosts all four seasons.)

Anything on NCIS? —Rebecca
When I asked showrunner Steven D. Binder what personal runners (storylines) he has on tap for Season 23, he said, "We really want to get to everybody in a big way. I know people always say, 'I watch the show for the characters' — that was always our thing — and I really want to make this a character-forward show in a way we haven't seen before. So, if you're invested in these people, this is going to be the season for you."

Please, any news on Season 2 of Chris Pratt's Terminal List? –Voodoo
Production only got underway in early May!

Is there any word on whether Deal or No Deal Island has been renewed for Season 3? –Kim
No decision has been made yet on the NBC reality show's fate.

Are we going to see any glimpse of Negan's family (Annie and Joshua) this season on The Walking Dead: Dead City? It seems strongly implied by Dama. Or maybe things are not what they seem? — Sara
Let's just say that you'll get an answer in Sunday's episode (airing at 9/8c on AMC). Whether that answer is the answer, I can't say. But you'll definitely get an answer.

Can you tell us anything about if and when another season of The Chase will be televised? –Tom
Stop me if you've heard this one before, but... no decisions have been made on the ABC quiz show's fate. (As evidenced by the recent Match Game revival news, ABC doesn't really "cancel" unscripted shows.)

How do I stream the Librarians: Next Chapter? –Christi
The Librarians reboot available to stream on the TNT App  and on Cable on Demand Apps. (The first episode is also available to stream on the Electric Now App and TNT website, for a limited time.)

On Georgie & Mandy, will weather girl Mandy make a new friend at the news station? Now that she's quit her job at the diner, I'm worried we've seen the last of Casey Wilson's Beth. –P.J.
"Building out that [Channel 7] world is going to be important," series co-creator/showrunner Steve Holland recently told TVLine. That said, "just because she's not at the diner doesn't mean that Casey's character won't still be a part of Mandy's world. We love her. She's a terrific actress and it's nice for Mandy to have a friend."

Hey Matt, it's been two years since Mysteries Decoded was renewed for Season 3. Can you find out if and when The CW are going to release it? –Siddharth
I checked in again with The CW, but — as with many scheduling questions at the netlet — a premiere date is still "TBD."

Ghosts' addition of the snail ghost this season was such a fun twist. Are there any plans to introduce more animal ghosts in the future? –Stephanie
"
We've talked about a lot of different animals," co-showrunner Joe Wiseman said when we delivered your Q. "So, yes, we love that ghosts can be animals — and we have a few ideas" for the future.

While I was doing a Doctor Who rewatch leading up to the Season 2 finale, I came across a preview image showing the Doctor and Belinda in a club or something similar. But when I watched the actual finale, that scene was nowhere to be found. Will that scene ever be released? –Liam
Neither Disney+ nor BBC Studios are confirming anything, of course, but the rumor that swirled online is that when a renewal didn't appear imminent for Doctor Who, Ncuti Gatwa — who in an October 2024 Graham Norton hit spoke of filming a third season in 2025 — instead chose to exit after his sophomore run. The image above is from the season finale's original ending, which was filmed last year and involved a dance club celebration, but the sequence allegedly wound up replaced by February reshoots of the scene at Belinda's house (followed by Fifteen's surprising regeneration).

Have you heard anything about an airdate for the Doctor Who UNIT spinoff series, The War Between the Land and the Sea? –Joe
I asked around for you, but no release timetable is available yet.

Any news on when El Turco, the new international series starring Can Yaman, will premiere on streamers in the U.S? I understand it was filmed in English and has begun showing up in several other countries. –Judy
There's nothing official to share yet, but I hear that news of El Turco getting a U.S. home may be imminent.

Is there an effort to move The Wheel of Time to other platforms? Or is it certain that the series will not return? –Levent
Well-placed sources confirm for Inside Line that the fantasy saga is not being shopped after being cancelled at Prime Video.

I'm so upset about Night Court being cancelled. Any word on if the show is being shopped around? –Leslie
Early efforts to shop the sitcom revival, which was cancelled after three seasons on NBC, have thus far come up empty, I am told, so the eventual verdict is looking... not great.

What are the current fates of the Fox unscripted shows We Are Family, I Can See Your Voice, So You Think You Can Dance, and [Gordon Ramsay's] Food Stars? –Shirley
As with Fox's (long-dormant) Spin the Wheel, the fates of all of these is currently TBD.
