You wouldn’t know it if you breezed through the commercials, but this was Days of Our Lives‘ final episode on NBC, bringing an end to its historic 57-year run on the network. Ironically, the end of the show’s east coast broadcast was interrupted NBC’s coverage of King Charles III’s first official address after the death of Queen Elizabeth II — an all-too-common occurrence that fans will no longer have to worry about when the show moves to Peacock.
