RuPaul's Secret Celebrity Drag Race Unmasks First Queen In Premiere — Plus, Who Are The Other 8 Celebs?
Nine mystery celebrities took to the stage on Friday to compete in the premiere of RuPaul's Secret Celebrity Drag Race Season 2. And this time, they weren't the only ones getting a makeover.
Truly, the show itself has received a complete overhaul from when we last saw it more than two years ago. (Seriously, two years. What is time anymore?) Not only has it relocated to a far more extravagant runway, but the elimination process has also changed.
Rather than having three celebrities competing each week with one emerging victorious, these nine celebs are being eliminated one by one over the course of several weeks, making it feel a little more like a traditional Drag Race season.
We also don't officially learn any of the celebrities' identities until after they're eliminated. In that regard, it's a little bit like The Masked Singer... only without masks... or voice-changing technology.
Unfortunately, that meant we had to say goodbye to one star in Friday's — a should-be household name whose voice gave her away before she even stepped onto the stage. That queen turned out to be Fabulosity, aka Loretta Devine.
Grade the premiere of Secret Celebrity Drag Race 2.0 in our poll below, then read on to see our guesses for the eight remaining stars. Any guesses of your own? Drop 'em in a comment below.
