Eleven acts remained atop Wednesday’s season finale of America’s Got Talent, but only one of them ended the two-hour live event as a millionaire with their own Las Vegas residency.
Following last night’s performance episode, the 11 remaining finalists — saxophonist Avery Dixon, ventriloquist Celia Muñoz, vocal trio Chapel Hart, rocker Drake Milligan, pole dancer Kristy Sellars, dance group Mayyas, A.I. duo Metaphysic, comedian Mike E. Winfield, magician Nicolas Ribs, singer Sara James and magician Yu Hojin — reconvened on Wednesday for a night of unforgettable team-ups.
Performing alongside these finalists were some of the biggest names in entertainment (and also Jeff Ross), including pop group Black Eyed Peas, country artists Darius Rucker and Jon Pardi, brass master Trombone Shorty, and actor Henry “The Fonz” Winkler.
America’s Got Talent also welcomed back several familiar acts from seasons past, including ventriloquist Terry Fator (Season 2 winner), ventriloquist Dari Lynne (Season 12 winner), dance group Light Balance (Season 12 finalist), dance group Silhouettes (Season 6 finalist), and magician Shin Lim (winner of Season 13 and AGT: The Champions Season 1).
With 30 minutes left in the broadcast, the brutal final cuts began.
