Double Dare Revival: Meet The Obstacles
DOUBLE DARE SETS
BRICK WALL BREAKOUT
Fans of Icy Trike may recognize this one. "We used to do a thing where you take a tricycle and try to break through a wall," said Marc Summers, the host of the original Double Dare. "Now we have a better constructed, but still sort of loose, brick wall where the kids break through a la Superman, and when they break through, there is a flag on the other side."

COUCH SURFING
Ever lose something in your couch and just want to tear it apart? Double Dare knows the feeling. "We all know that when we lost change or lost our keys, it's generally in the creases of the couch," Summers said. "So we have a couch filled with junk and they have to throw the pillows off and wade through all the stuff, including rubber rats and old underwear and other things, and find the flag. So it's kind of fun to see them do what everybody wants to do, which is fly those cushions off and dig down."

DOWN THE HATCH/BIG MOUTH
A fan-favorite, contestants must open the giant mouth and slide down the tongue to get the flag. Do not be deceived by its clean and pristine appearance: The obstacle will be covered with slime, food and other messy concoctions that will ruin any appetite.

OVERSTUFFED
Think Build-a-Bear, but just the opposite. Contestants must disect this gaint bear — 5 feet tall, 3 feet wide — until they find the flag hidden inside. "It's something that kids can relate to," Summers said, "since this particular generation grew up going to that particular company building one of those things and now we are asking them to unbuild the bear."

PICK IT
Labeled by Summers himself as the "most iconic obstacle," contestants must stick their hands up a giant nose and find the flag. Of course, there are other goodies hidden inside to distract the player. "People just seem to see it, laugh [and] want to stick their hand up and take a picture with it."

THE 1-TON HUMAN HAMSTER WHEEL
Another fan favorite, contestants run inside The 1-Ton Human Hamster Wheel until the column's six lights turn on and the flag drops down. The faster the contestant runs, the faster the lights illuminate.

TUBE-A-TOTTER
Those with motion sickness beware! "We have a thing called the Tube-A-Totter, which is a teeter-totter but it is like a Plexiglas-enclosed tube, and then you have to crawl up on one side and grab the flag," Summers explained. "But as you come down, you run into a lot of slime that you have to get through, so that is kind of a cool thing."
