Sam is concerned that Mary is struggling, while Dean doesn't want to make a big deal out of it. "Can we have at least one good thing?" he asks. No, have you meet yourselves?! Sam thinks Mary is burying herself in hunting to avoid dealing with her issues, much like he did. "Like mother, likes sons," Sam concludes.

Rowena ain't no dummy and casts a spell to speed up Lucifer's aging process. "You thought Keith Richards was bad? Try Iggy Pop," she retorts.

Mary's ghost hunt leads to her getting possessed. Raise your hand if you're having flashbacks to when the Yellowed-Eyed Demon possessed John Winchester and then attacked the boys.

This was a nice, rarely seen moment of the dead children's spirits departing for Heaven (I presume).

Here we have the mother-sons equivalent of a BM (boy melodrama) moment. Mary confesses that she misses John and her boys — "I'm still mourning them as I knew them," she says — before announcing that she needs to leave and clear her head.

Dean does not take Mary's departure well. The line to hug him — that is, if he doesn't rebuff you like he did Mary! — starts behind me.
