The Masked Singer's Boogie Woogie Revealed? Honey, Our Theory Is Good

Sure, you've been watching The Masked Singer all season, but have you remembered to "Keep Your Head Up" in search of clues?

Following the unmaskings of Scheana Shay as Ant and Flavor Flav as Space Ranger, only three members of Group B — Boogie Woogie, Griffin and Pearl — remain in the running to win Season 13, and we're confident we know one of their identities.

Actually, we're confident that we know all of their identities. But for now, let's focus on Boogie Woogie, whose smooth vocals and feel-good vibes belong to none other than Andy Grammer.

Longtime fans of the Billboard chart-topping musician recognized his signature sound right away, but we weren't totally sold — that is, until Boogie Woogie's clues became too obvious to ignore.

For starters, Boogie Woogie said he grew up wanting to be a clown, which is exactly what Grammer told Parade magazine as part of a 2015 profile. And during a 2021 appearance on the Spout podcast, Grammer talked about busking (aka performing on the street) in his early days, which Boogie Woogie also recalled in his first clue package.

Still not convinced? One clue package included a shot of Boogie Woogie Magazine, an obvious nod to Grammer's sophomore album Magazines or Novels; he was seen looking through a telescope at the stars, a clear reference to his time on Dancing With the Stars; and his father is best known for writing music for children, just as Boogie Woogie's parents "made kids' shows" professionally.

At this point, you'd have to be willfully ignorant to believe that Boogie Woogie is anyone other than Grammer. And if that's really what you want, well, it's "Fine by Me."

Do you agree with our theory that Boogie Woogie is Grammer? And which celebrities do you think are masquerading as the other members of Group B, Griffin and Pearl? Drop a comment with your own Masked Singer guesses below.
