Halloweentown Stars Reunite For Hallmark's Halloween-Themed Haul Out The Holly Sequel — See Full Cast
That sound you're hearing right now is Millennials everywhere losing their collective mind.
Hallmark is expanding its Haul Out the Holly movie series with a third installment, Haul Out the Halloween, set during a slightly spookier holiday. And here's the best part: In addition to the franchise's original cast, the Halloween movie will also star real-life married couple Kimberly J. Brown and Daniel Kountz, who met in 2001 while filming one of Disney Channel's beloved Halloweentown movies.
Returning cast members from the first two movies — 2022's Haul Out the Holly and 2023's Haul Out the Holly: Lit Up — include Wes Brown (A Biltmore Christmas), Melissa Peterman (Happy's Place), Stephen Tobolowsky (Nobody Wants This) and Ellen Travolta (General Hospital) and Lacey Chabert (The Wedding Veil), the last of whom also serves as an executive producer.
"Kimberly and Daniel have been dear friends for many years," Chabert says in a statement. "When we started on this third movie, set during Halloween, I just knew that they would be the perfect addition to this hilariously funny cast. "I loved making this movie with friends who so many people grew up sharing this holiday with. It's a dream come true."
So, what can we expect from this third installment? "For a neighborhood as renowned for its spectacular holiday displays as Evergreen Lane, the street has long been modest when it comes to Halloween," reads the official logline. "But when fun and spooky new neighbors, Luna (Brown) and Marvin (Kountz) move to the block, Emily (Chabert), Jared (Brown) and the rest of the HOA agree to get in on the seasonal fun and launch EverSCREAM Lane to fundraise for a local charity."
The logline continues: "As the block pulls together to plan creepy contests, spine-chilling décor and a spooktacular carnival, new haunted hijinks ensue with Pamela (Peterson), Ned (Tobolowsky), Mary Louise (Travolta) and the rest of the block. Through the process, Emily rediscovers the joys of the holiday that she and her late grandmother once cherished."
A premiere date has not been set, but Hallmark confirmed that we'll return to Evergreen Lane "this fall." Will you tune in to watch these Halloween icons do what they do best? Drop a comment with your thoughts on the franchise expansion below.
