Doc Season 2 Casts Emma Pfitzer Price As Intern With A 'Dark Side' (Exclusive)

Doc's newest addition is going to shake things up at Westside Hospital.

Emma Pfitzer Price will recur in Season 2 of the Fox medical procedural Hannah, a hard-working intern with a disturbing secret, TVLine has learned exclusively.

"Though whip-smart and warm, Hannah is also tightly wound," reads her official character description. "From the moment of her arrival, she is extremely driven and eager to make a good impression and prove her worth to the whole IM team. Hannah is no stranger to adversity — after her father died and her family fell apart, she put herself through med-school and has fought hard for everything she's achieved with a ferocious intensity. However, that intensity has a dark side — when Hannah discovers that someone at Westside hold the key to an unsettling family secret, she begins to unravel... wreaking havoc on her unsuspecting coworkers."

Price's previous TV credits include a recurring role on American Rust, plus guest spots on FBI: International, Evil and Poker Face Season 2.

Doc's 22-episode second season premieres Tuesday, Set. 23 at 9/8c.

It was previously announced that Emmy winner Felicity Huffman in Doc Season 2 will play Dr. Joan Ridley, Amy's med school professor and an early mentor in her career — and now the new chief of internal medicine at Westside. Additionally, Patrick Walker (as Dr. Theodore "T.J." Coleman) and Charlotte Fountain-Jardim (Amy and Michael's daughter Katie) have been upped to series regulars.
