Amy Schumer is setting the record straight about the future of her Comedy Central series Inside Amy Schumer.
Roughly 12 hours after the comedienne sent Twitter into a frenzy by suggesting her Emmy-winning show was done, Schumer took to Twitter again to clarify the situation. The gist: Inside Amy Schumer is not dead, just… in a temporary coma?

The cancellation buzz ignited late Wednesday when Schumer — responding to a swirling controversy stemming from comments made by her friend and onetime Inside Amy Schumer writer Kurt Metzger — posted on Twitter, “I didn’t fire Kurt. He isn’t a writer for my show because we aren’t making the show anymore. There are no writers for it.”
