Jennifer Lopez is entering the drug trade for HBO.

The actress will star in and executive-produce a film in development at the cabler about Griselda Blanco, aka “The Cocaine Godmother,” our sister site Variety reports.

Lopez will take on the lead role of Blanco, who revolutionized the U.S. drug trade during the 1970s and 1980s and became the most powerful female cartel member of all time.

* Chloe Bridges will return to Pretty Little Liars this season, reprising the role of evil swimmer Sydney Driscoll, EW.com reports. Sydney was last seen in Rosewood in Season 5.

* The Big Bang Theory has tapped Dean Norris (Under the Dome, Breaking Bad) to play a tough Air Force representative from the Department of Materiel Command, who’s interested in the boys’ quantum gyroscope for military applications, EW.com reports. The actor will appear in Season 10’s first three episodes, kicking off Sept. 19.

* Lifetime has ordered the original movie Who Killed JonBenét?, starring Once Upon a Time‘s Eion Bailey (as Detective Steve Thomas), Mr. Robot‘s Michel Gill (as JonBenét’s father, John) and Dexter’s Julia Campbell (as JonBenét’s mother, Patsy).

* The Affair Season 3 (premiering Nov. 20) will give Dominic West’s Noah a new love interest in French actress Irène Jacob. The character, Juliette Le Gall, helps Noah process a trauma from his past while running from her own secrets.
