All told, Season 6 of ABC’s Once Upon a Time is shaping up to be an “introspective” one for the Storybrooke heroes, Jennifer Morrison told Michael Ausiello at TVLine’s Comic-Con studio presented by ZTE.

When last we tuned in, Dr. Jekyll’s sinister half, Mr. Hyde, had put down roots in Storybrooke, along with other denizens of the Land of Untold Stories. Regina meanwhile split apart from and seemingly dispatched with her dark side, wholly unaware that the Evil Queen is in fact alive and well and looking to make mayhem.
Weighing in on that “awesome” twist, Lana Parrilla says it has been “different but a lot of fun” to tackle dual roles. But it’s the return of the Evil Queen that will prompt, for example, Prince Charming to look inward and discover that some long-held truths perhaps are not so true.
