TVLine Items: Barrowman's Reign Role, Grease: Live Album Release and More

John Barrowman Reign

Well, Reign fans, this is awkward.

Mary will soon come face-to-face with the man responsible for Francis’ death, and he’ll be played by Arrow‘s John Barrowman.

According to EW.com, Barrowman will appear in the season’s penultimate episode as Munro, a dangerous and charismatic Scottish clan leader who harbors a grudge against the Queen of Scots. (Needless to say, the feeling is mutual, considering Munro cost Francis his life.)

Reign returns to The CW this spring.
