Younger Renewed for Season 3

Younger Renewed Season 3

As Diana Trout would say, this ought to “make some noise in the Twitterverse”: Ahead of Younger‘s Season 2 premiere (Jan. 13, 10/9c), the TV Land comedy has been renewed for Season 3.

News of the Darren Star-created comedy’s renewal was announced Wednesday at the Television Critics Association Winter Press Tour in Pasadena, Calif., where the entire cast was assembled to discuss the show’s upcoming season.

Younger stars Sutton Foster (Bunheads) as Liza Miller, a 40-something divorcée who poses as a 26-year-old woman in order to snag an assistant job at a top New York City publishing house. The show’s first season ended with Liza finally revealing her secret to her much-younger boyfriend Josh (The Following‘s Nico Tortortella), while plenty of other important people in Liza’s life — including her office bestie Kelsey (Lizzie McGuire‘s Hilary Duff) — remain in the dark.
