The former faces of BBC America’s Top Gear are cruising into Amazon.
Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond and James May have signed a three-season deal with Amazon Prime Instant Video for a new, as-yet-untitled motoring show to debut in 2016.
Clarkson broke the news on Twitter Thursday:
The Amazon deal comes four months after Clarkson’s Top Gear contract was not renewed, following a physical and verbal altercation with producer Oisin Tymon. Hammond and James also left the show after the dust-up.
