Ratings: Millers Steady, Jane Ticks Down, Voice, Castle And Blacklist Slip
CBS' The Millers christened its new Season 2 time slot on Monday night with 8.9 million total viewers and a 2.1 demo rating (per finals), down sharply from both its series launch (13 mil/2.3) and last week's 8:30 Big Bang Theory rerun (11.4 mil/2.8) but on par with both its freshman finale (9.8 mil/2.3) and its most recent retention out of Big Bang.
Sheldon & Co. opened the Eye's night with 16 mil/4.6, up in eyeballs and a tenth in the demo. With a new lead-in, Scorpion (10.8 mil/2.4) dipped 6 percent in audience while steady in the demo. NCIS: LA (8.8 mil/1.7) ticked up a tenth in the demo.
Elsewhere....
NBC | The Voice (12 mil/3.4) fell 10 and 15 percent week-to-week, while The Blacklist (9.3 mil/2.4) slipped 4 and 14 percent.
FOX | Gotham (6.1 mil/2.3) dipped 5 percent and a tenth, while Sleepy Hollow (5 mil/1.8) ticked up.
ABC | With football subtracted out, Dancing With the Stars (12.6 mil/2.0) was steady, but Castle (8.8 mil/1.5) slipped 20 percent.
THE CW | With football subtracted out, The Originals (1.3 mil/0.6) ticked down a tenth, while Jane the Virgin (1.4 mil/0.5) wound up off 12 percent and a tenth from its debut.
