The Best And (Even Better!) The Worst Of The 2013 MTV Video Music Awards!

Never mind that MTV hasn't aired a music video since the The Real World actually bore a passing resemblance to the real world, the Video Music Awards remain an event awash in suspense. (What, if anything, will Lady Gaga wear?)
