American Horror Story: Asylum inhabitant James Cromwell will guest-star on NBC’s midseason drama Do No Harm, TV Guide Magazine reports. He’ll play a renowned surgeon.

Comedy Central has unveiled premiere dates for its midseason lineup: Nick Kroll’s The Kroll Show debuts Jan. 16; Anthony Jeselnik’s The Jeselnik Offensive bows Feb. 19; The Ben Show, starring Ben Hoffman, and Nathan Fielder’s Nathan For You premiere Feb. 28; and Inside Amy Schumer begins April 30.

Saturday Night Live alum Andy Samberg will host the 2013 Film Independent Spirit Awards, airing Saturday, Feb. 23 on IFC.
