The Twilight Zone
Series premiere (two episodes): First up, in “The Comedian,” a comic (played by Silicon Valley’s Kumail Nanjiani) must decide at what cost he’s willing to achieve fame. Then in “Nightmare at 30,000 Feet,” a journalist (Big Little Lies’ Adam Scott) finds the fate of his flight in his hands. The Top 20 — which was revealed during Sunday’s inexplicably three-hour episode — performs in front of a live audience.
