What is ghosts of Beirut?
It’s a four-part miniseries spy drama about a manhunt for a terrorist that took two decades. Showtime is streaming the premiere online, today. I got a free trial to see if I liked it.
So, you finished Will Trent. What did you think of it?
Will Trent is a great show. I love all of the characters. I’ve been making myself skip a few days in between episodes to make it last longer, which is usually NOT how I generally like to watch my shows. Netflix spoiled me because I love to binge-watch, but I find when I do that, I tend to miss things. I am on episode 10. Didn’t you mention Episodes 12 and 13 were like a movie or did I get that wrong? I may save those two to watch together in one night.

I looked into Primo because I hadn’t heard of it. Pleasantly surprised to see it is from Shea Seranno (great writer and more – often on The Ringer – on rap and basketball) and, of course, Mike Shur is also a reason to give it a try.
Will Trent was great!! Love all the characters! Will True Lies be back?

Story leaves you with “I want more !!!” building up your appreciation for writers and actors and everyone else who’s responsible for our enjoyment 😁. So sorry to have other shows pulled before their times – East New York, I’ll miss you!
