NCAA Final Four, Bones Encore, Tree Hill Vet Gets Ruff and More

On TV this April Fool’s Day: A One Tree Hill vet has a ruff go at romance, Fox gives viewers a second chance to catch the Bones finale and March Madness brings forth the Final Four. Here are 10 programs to keep on your radar:

    First up, the South Carolina Gamecocks face off against the Gonzaga Bulldogs. Then at 8:30 pm, it’s the North Carolina Tar Heels vs. the Oregon Ducks.

    The Ladies Free Skate is held in Helsinki, Finland.
