On TV this Monday: American Ninja Warrior and So You Think You Can Dance crown new champs, Lilly Singh enters the late-night arena and Dancing With the Stars gets (ugh) “Spicey.” Here are 10 programs to keep on your radar; all times are Eastern.

    Series premiere: The motivational speaker, life strategist and author promises to deliver “practical, no-nonsense advice, life strategies that provide tangible results, and skills to push through the everyday challenges we all face.” (Check your local listings.)

    Season 11 finale: A select group of competitors move on to Stage 3 of the competition, which features seven grueling obstacles. An elite few will then advance to Stage 4 — a final climb up Mt. Midoriyama, to be completed in 30 seconds or less — before a winner is crowned for the first time in four years.
