On TV this Wednesday: Syfy embarks upon the fifth dimension, Mozart in the Jungle makes a cacophonous comeback, UP spends the day in Stars Hollow and President Barack Obama dines with Jerry Seinfeld — not that there’s anything wrong with that. Here are 10 programs to keep on your radar:
