TV Ratings: Zoey’s Playlist, Good Girls Dip Opposite Idol Top 20, CBS Finales
With its penultimate freshman episode, Zoey’s Extraordinary Playlist this Sunday drew 1.7 million total viewers and a 0.3 demo rating, dipping on both counts to hit and match series lows. Leading out of that, Good Girls (1.6 mil/0.3) similarly hit series lows.
Opening the Peacock’s night, Little Big Shots (3 mil/0.3) and The Wall (2.9 mil/0.4) each were down in the demo.

CBS | God Friended Me‘s double-episode series finale did 6.4 mil and a 0.6 — marking its largest audience since Dec. 8 and matching its best rating since Jan. 12 — and then 6.1 mil/0.5; TVLine readers gave the sendoff an average grade of “A-“ (read post mortem Q&A). Airing an hour later, NCIS: Los Angeles closed Season 11 with 5.3 million viewers (veritably matching its series low) and a 0.5, down a tenth week-to-week; TVLine reader grade “A-.”
ABC | American Idol‘s at-home performances averaged 6.1 mil and a 1.0, improving on the “This Is Me” placeholder episodes and down just a tick from last season’s Top 20 solos (6.2 mil/1.1); read recap/vote for your Top 10. The Rookie (5 mil/0.7) ticked up.
THE CW | Batwoman returned from a five-week break to 668,000 total viewers (its second smallest audience yet) while steady in the demo with a 0.2; read most mortem.
FOX | The Simpsons (1.4 mil/0.5), Duncanville (972K/0.4), Bob’s Burgers (1.3 mil/0.5) and Family Guy (1.5 mil/0.6) each dropped some eyeballs while steady in the demo.

‘God Friended Me’ was my must-watch show of the week. Every episode kept me interested and wanting more. I am sad it was cancelled.
This was my favorite show it allowed a bit of peace after all the violent stuff on TV and everything going on in the world..Please consider bringing it back.. The Simpsons goes on and on and only has 1.4 mil and that just seems unfair..The Actors are very good on God Friended me it’s great to see many of them in new roles.

Why is it that excellent but quirky shows can never seem to attract much of an audience? Are the masses mostly just…boring? Bryan Fuller has made a career out of proving the point.
Zoey’s is so good. I feel like it’d work really well as a Netflix show. It has a lot of qualities that make it a good one to binge.
I so love Zoey and am praying somehow it gets renewed – it’s my favorite show currently on TV and I watch a lot of TV!

Really enjoy Zoeys but had to watch the series finale of Homeland last night. Good Girls I think has run out of steam. It’s the same old same old at this point and where the could be using Rio more they brush past him with a couple of minutes of him looking at Beth and that’s it. He is a big part of the reason that I watch the show. Is next week going to be another situation where she tries to have him shot and then what???

I’m Hoping Zoey’s will get renewed. Both shows double or triple their live views with dvr and online viewing. If it’s renewed, move it to the new Peacock streaming service if they can’t stand the Sunday ratings. It’s such a great show, no need to cancel it NBC.
That’s not good news for zoey. Such a fun show. It’s long shot but I really hope it gets renewed. Good girls had very good 2 seasons,but lost its touch in season 3.If one of these 2 shows can be renewed my vote goes to Zoey.

Very sad to see God Friended ME cancelled. Many I know watch this show religiously. We discuss the show and share opinions and ideas from the show. What can we do to get this show to stay on TV.??
I gave Zoey a shot a few weeks ago and binged watched the series on Hulu in one weekend. This is such an upbeat and positive show for everyone; it will make you smile. I really hope it gets a second season.

God friended me….. such an incredible show! Such a powerful message week after week! It is sad the network doesn’t see the value in this show. The times we are in we need more positivity! Overrun with crime and medical shows! Zoey’s Extraordinary playlist I hope pray it is renewed! Once again just a great show that does some showcasing of the human spirit! Be smart renew!!!!!!
Reading this article is the first I am hearing that the show is cancelled. I am truly sad to hear this. I was surprised when I saw that it was a 2 hr event. I hope that in time you will reconsider bringing it back. One show that was a pleasure to watch.
I truly wish God Friended Me could have found a way to stay on the air. I am sure I am one of many who loved this show. Not the normal high packed action show, but an extremely caring show for the whole family to watch.

God friended me was the one dont miss show of the week for us. It was a very nice change from what is on the rest of the time. So sad that it isn’t co.ing back in the fall. These are the types of shows that there should be more of.
I loved God Friended Me. Along with the Neighborhood, Black Lightening, the Flash, and Roswell N.M.–those are my go to programs I watch every week when they are on. God Friended Me was one of my very favorites cuz the story lines seemed placible. Real life situations and local filming in New York with visible landmarks. The actors were all outstanding. I will miss seeing this show every Sunday night.
