The penultimate episode of Fox’s Prison Break revival on Tuesday night drew 1.92 million total viewers and a 0.7 demo rating, slipping 20 percent and two tenths to mark season lows.
Opening Fox’s night, Brooklyn Nine-Nine double-episode finale averaged 1.7 mil and a 0.7, steady week-to-week; readers gave the closer an average grade of “A-.”
Elsewhere….
NBC | The recently renewed Great News averaged 3.1 mil/0.7, steady week-to-week with its finale. The Voice (9.1 mil/1.9) led the night in both measures while down from both its fall (12.1 mil/2.5) and year-ago (10.6 mil/2.2) finales.
ABC | Downward Dog (5.7 mil/1.1) added some eyeballs while matching its premiere’s demo rating. Dancing With the Stars (8.8 mil/1.3) fell shy of its fall (11 mil/1.8) and year-ago (10.5 mil/1.6) finales.
THE CW | The Flash (2.97 mil/1.1) drew its best numbers since Jan. 31 and Feb. 28, respectively; iZombie (1.05 mil/0.4) in turn hit and tied season highs.

Bull isn’t so strong without NCIS. DWTS is a joke at this point Normani and Val were the true winners of the season. I’m tried of this show being a popularlity contest and no one can deny this because David came in second place when he was still make 34/40 on finale night.
Even with NCIS, it was around 1.2-1.3 recently so it’s not much of a drop.
Or maybe people just thought that the season had already ended? I caught a few comments from people who thought that Madam Secretary had ended after episode 22 even though there was one episode left. I think people don’t expect the fall shows to run this late.
Good for The Flash and I Zombie bad for Prison Break and even 99 is not really justifying its renewal with those numbers. And the reality shows are dropping as well. Not a good night except for a couple of shows
The highest rated season finale (drama) for CBS was Criminal Minds @ 1.6! Congratulations to the cast, crew and fans. We will get the 300th episode and more.
I’m glad Downward Dog picked up a few more eyeballs. The 2nd episode was better than the first. I hope ABC sticks with it.
I really like to perform of dancing with the Stars and I am gladly that Emma and Rashad won the trophy and other dancer as well and I hope to see the dancing with the Stars in the fall time as well.
Hmm, having now finished the first season of Bull, I think the writers/creative team have missed the point of a season finale, it’s supposed to make you want to come back for a second season.
There were no loose threads, no cliffhanger, it actually felt like it limped to the end of the episode, not great for a first season.
The tonal shift between the change in the two showrunners was very obvious, the additional music did not add anything, mostly I just found it loud & distracting.
I like Eliza Dushku, I really do but man are they trying to force this & we don’t even know what happened with Bull’s prior girlfriend..?
It appears to me they don’t really know what they want to do with Michael Weatherly’s character, the previous episode he was willing to truly upset Cable even when he could see she was crying! That seems entirely different to the Bull who coached a young woman through a panic attack. I liked how Bull started, I really liked it, not sure I like what it’s becoming.
Furthermore, I was really hoping to get more background on the team, how did he find these people? how did they all come together? their first case together & how that went, plus, it would mix things up if they didn’t always win. I think Michael Weatherly is a solid lead actor & after over a decade of being on NCIS deserves this chance, I like the character of Bull, but writers, please don’t assinate the original character & it appears to me, you’re doing that already.
