In The Mandalorian Season 3 Trailer, Grogu Learns a Truth About ‘Dad’
Bo Katan calls out Din Djarin — and even teases Grogu aka Baby Yoda with a truth about “Dad” — in the first Season 3 trailer for Disney+’s The Mandalorian.
Given the events of The Book of Boba Fett (aka “The Mandalorian Season 2.5″) — where Din (played by Pedro Pascal) was told by the Armorer (Emily Swallow) that he “is a Mandalorian no more,” because he had removed his helmet/shown his face to others — and judging by the trailer above, Season 3 of Disney+’s flagship Star Wars series will find Mando, with Grogu in tow, zipping around in his Naboo N-1 starfighter and aiming to reclaim his status by visiting the “living waters” in the mines under Mandalore.
That mission, however, is something which Bo Katan (Katee Sackhoff) might not be too keen about!
In addition to Pascal, the confirmed Season 3 cast includes Swallow, Sackhoff, Carl Weathers (as Greef Karga) and Giancarlo Esposito (Moff Gideon).
Season 3 will premiere in February 2023.

I think I’ll be jumping off. The season 2 finale was good enough for me, and the standout character is gone for no good reason. Not much reason to watch at this point.
There’s a lot of good story left to tell and the episodes from Boba Fett proved that. Did you even watch them?

Scream Queen is wrong. Scream Queen is doing that thing where Scream Queen can’t tolerate someone having a different point of view, so Scream Queen tries to dismiss that person rather than make a counter argument. Trying to declare someone else’s experience, opinion, ability or feeling in order to delegitimize them is just… weak.
Don’t have to. As I said, I’m good where the season left off and my favorite character is gone. I hope you enjoy the rest of the show though.
I’m both excited and nervous about this. Excited it’s back as S1 and S2 were great, but nervous that most of what happened in S2 was negated in a couple of eps of TBoBF.
Really wish we got Cara Dune for this season. Wokies be damned. She really added to the series.

Oh quit your bitchin. ‘Wokies’ didn’t get her kicked off. She signed a contract and when they tried to reel her in, she ignored it. It’s her own damn fault that she got canned. She chose to go forward with her rhetoric. She wasn’t that great anyway. She had a huge chance but made a choice to blow it. She knew she signed with the Mouse. She’s not a child. Other stars did the same but they dialed it down when asked. It wasn’t rocket science to know what she promised in a contract she signed.
Her rhetoric was “don’t hate people”, and that is why she was fired. She is totally the villain here.
This is already feels like forever, and now we have to wait until next year yet? Now it feels like an eternity!!! Can’t wait to see them back again!!! Is it February yet???
Looking forward to s3, hopefully it’ll have some cameos from other Mandos (Boba Fett, Sabine Wren) & we finally get to see Mandalore live. Awesome! And More Bo Katan, Katee Sackhoff is great in the role. I hope we get a live action Fenn Fau, too.

I think it’s dumb for Bo-Katan to question Din where he was when “his cult” fractured their people. First, she was Death Watch and plotted to overthrow her own sister as the leader of Mandalore. Second, pretty sure Din was little more than a child when Mandalore was destroyed. Would expect more from Dave Filoni. Also don’t like the voices with the music, too much like Book of Boba Fett.
