White Collar alum Tim DeKay has joined Season 3 of ABC’s American Crime in a recurring role.
Previously announced new faces for the anthology series include Sandra Oh (Grey’s Anatomy), Janel Moloney (The West Wing) and Cherry Jones (24), the latter of whom is playing the matriarch of a family-owned agricultural company based out of North Carolina. DeKay will play a relatives of Jones’ character, our sister site Deadline reports.
American Crime “repertory” members returning for the third cycle — which will focus on “labor issues, economic divides and individual rights,” per executive producer John Ridley — include Felicity Huffman, Timothy Hutton, Regina King, Lili Taylor, Connor Jessup and Richard Cabral.
In addition to his White Collar run, DeKay’s recent TV credits include Fox’s one-and-done Second Chance (fka Lookinglass fka The Frankenstein Code fka Frankenstein) and Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.
