TVLine Items: Gilmore Casts a Cougar, Norman Reedus to Ride Again and More

Gilmore Girls Carolyn Hennesy

Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life is getting a little catty.

Cougar Town alumna Carolyn Hennesy will recur in the Netflix revival as Toni, a member of the DAR (Daughters of the American Revolution), our sister site Variety reports.

The upper-crust Toni is described as “someone who likes to keep things orderly and does not appreciate dissension.” Sounds like that might not sit well with Emily, who has been in the DAR with Toni for years.

Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life debuts Friday, Nov. 25 at 3:01/2:01c on the streaming service.
