Hell’s Kitchen‘s renewal news just came in a double portion.

Fox has renewed Gordon Ramsay’s cooking competition series for Seasons 17 and 18, it was announced Friday.

Season 16, meanwhile, premieres in two weeks — on Friday, Sept. 23 at 8/7c.
