Powerless Cast Reveals DC Superhero Cameos — Who's Dropping In?

What’s the biggest inconvenience about living in a world full of superheroes? Why, the surge in Uber prices when they decide to fight evil in the middle of rush hour, of course.

That’s the type of everyday annoyance facing the gang from Powerless, DC Comics’ first-ever comedy series, coming to NBC in 2017. The show’s stars — Danny Pudi, Ron Funches, Alan Tudyk and Vanessa Hudgens — recently stopped by TVLine’s Comic-Con suite (presented by ZTE), where they shamelessly name-dropped DC characters we’ll be seeing onscreen:

“The pilot opens up with an epic battle between Crimson Fox and Jack O’Lantern,” Hudgens revealed, explaining that there is action on the show, though Pudi was quick to assure us he wouldn’t be doing any of the fighting.

As for whether or not we’ll see shades of Pudi’s Community character shine through in his new role… well, you’ll just have to watch the interview and find out.
