It’s arguably one of this fall’s most anticipated reveals: NBC’s Blindspot will disclose the real name of Jaimie Alexander’s heavily-inked heroine — heretofore referred to simply as “Jane Doe” — when it returns with its second season in September. But series creator Martin Gero is giving TVLine readers a chance to crack the mystery now.
The EP, joined by the show’s cast (Alexander included), passed through TVLine’s Comic-Con studio (presented by ZTE) over the weekend and dropped a telltale clue — actually make that two telltale clues — about Jane’s legal moniker. The Blindspot gang also teased how the epic showdown between Jane and Weller in the season premiere is far weightier than the brawls that came before, raved about the addition of Good Wife Emmy winner Archie Panjabi, and shared their real feelings about the series’ new Wednesday timeslot.
