The Last Man on Earth Cast Performs Season 3's First Scene — Plus: Mad Men Creator's Reaction to Their Homage

Apparently, the cure for spoilerphobia is whatever was in Will Forte‘s cup when he and the cast of The Last Man on Earth stopped by TVLine’s Comic-Con studio presented by ZTE. “He’s drunk,” Kristen Schaal told Michael Ausiello.

Forte wasn’t really. But for whatever reason, not only did the Fox comedy’s creator/star lead the gang in a performance of the first scene of Season 3 (premiering Sunday, Sept. 25, at 9:30/8:30c), he revealed which presidential candidate was (not really) at the door when it concluded.

“I didn’t wanna give away that spoiler,” he cried when it was all over, “but it could be good for viewers.”

Also in the video Q&A above are hints about the identities of the people in Hazmat suits, demonstrations of potential on-screen childbirth noises and January Jones describing Matthew Weiner’s reaction to the show’s Mad Men homage.

Wait, Matthew Weiner watches The Last Man on Earth? Uh, no. “Someone showed him the clip,” Jones admitted.
