Bones Ratings Season 11

Ratings: Bones Rises, Spartan Slips

Fox’s Bones this Thursday drew 4.4 million total viewers and a 0.9 demo rating, rebounding 12 percent and two tenths from last week’s series lows… as it heads into a two-week holiday break.

Leading out of that, Home Free (2.2 mil/0.5) ticked down from its opener.

Elsewhere in the ratings….

THE CW | Beauty and the Beast (840K/0.2) was steady.

NBC | With no Ninja Warrior setting the table, Spartan (2.7 mil/0.7) dropped 40 and 50 percent from its Monday premiere. Aquarius (1.8 mil/0.4) slipped 25 percent in audience while steady in the demo.

CBS | Big Brother (5.6 mil/1.7) was down from Wednesday’s premiere (6.2 mil/1.9) and off 12 and 19 percent from its year-ago Thursday opener.

ABC | BattleBots did 3.9 mil/0.9 and then 3.9 mil/1.0, down sharply from last season’s average of 4.6 mil/1.4.

Yay Bones!! I expect another slip after yet another break though :( which could be avoided if Fox actually promoted the show more, but it’s Fox.

  2. CP says:

I was REALLY hoping Battlebots would’ve performed much better, the first episode was pretty impressive…

  3. Shaun says:

I enjoy Spartan, looks like a tough course.Wish they’d switch it up more though so the teams would have to adapt.

    • Ryan says:

My friend was on one of the teams. A lot of those people had never done a Spartan Race before (though you wouldn’t know that because the editing focuses on one or two teams) so it may seem like they get a lot of practice but they do a lot of the obstacles only once or twice ever and have never seen anything like it before.

  4. Morisot says:

Home Free was much better last season. Everybody was creative, worked hard, and ended up winning a house. I loved everyone and I think I cried happy every week. This year they are winning a house for their “hero”. They are doing nothing creative. It is the second week and it’s turned into Survivor — mean and with a lot of back-stabbing. And you hardly get to see the house the hero won.
