Brian Austin Green on Rosewood

Brian Austin Green Joins Rosewood Season 2 as 'Mysterious' Series Regular

90210 vet Brian Austin Green is moving back to his old Fox hood via a series-regular role on Rosewood, TVLine has learned.

In the show’s upcoming second season, Green will play Aaron Slade, East Miami Police’s newest member with a mysterious past that will both challenge and complicate an already messy situation between Rosewood and Villa. He doesn’t trust anyone and hates the idea of partnerships and teams – which will keep Rosewood  (Morris Chestnut) and Villa (Jaina Lee Ortiz) on their toes as they go to great lengths to figure him out. As the team begins to investigate and uncover the real Aaron Slade, the twosome learn of his storied past.

Green most recently co-starred in FX’s Anger Management. Other TV credits include Fox’s Sarah Connor Chronicles and ABC’s Desperate Housewives.

Rosewood returns with Season 2 on Thursday, Sept. 22 at 8/7c.

Love this show but hated all the breakups. Wished for at least one happy ending. Brian should be a good asset. Love Morris Chestnut..he’s hot

    • Anne says:

Yesss! The season finale was horrible; breaking up to two women made almost no sense at all. Like it came out of no where and I yelled at the tv. The two leads being broken up felt tropey and unoriginal, so expected in that way. Season should have ended with a wedding

      • Dash says:

Sorry but the show is awesome and the ratings reflect. If you want a nice gay drama, go elsewhere. This story has actual substance. It’s great they let that mess go and are moving on to expanding the better ideas of the show.

  2. Antoinette says:

So I guess he got over his Vertigo!!!!!!!!!!!!!! LOL

  3. Jason says:

Basically another foil for Villa and Rosie wich is getting boring the will they wont they

  4. Erin B says:

I’m not a fan of his so I hope he doesn’t get too much screen time.

  5. meatwad says:

a surprise casting to me, don’t think he can really add anything to the show but we will see

  6. Scribe says:

When given the right material, he’s a damn good actor. His performance in Sarah Connor Chronicles as Derek Reese was stellar.

  7. BillyBobJohnson says:

Well, that should put the final nail in the coffin for the show.
