In advance of Sunday’s hellish, Negan-revealing season finale, two of The Walking Dead‘s fiercest fighters will clash on a new playing field: Spike TV’s Lip Sync Battle.
Sonequa Martin-Green (Sasha) and Lauren Cohan (Maggie) are trading their machetes for microphones this Thursday (Spike TV, 10/9c), and the network has released the first clip from their musical melee: Martin-Green’s colorful — seriously, that hair! — rendition of Silentó’s “Watch Me (Whip/Nae Nae).”
We should also discuss Cohan’s ensemble, seen briefly from the sidelines. Could she really be dressed as Jennifer Beals’ character from Flashdance?! What a feeling, indeed.
