TVLine Items: Last Man Return Date, FNL Reunion at ATX Fest and More

Last Man on Earth Return Date

We’re officially one step closer to Phil and Mike Miller’s inevitable family reunion.

The Last Man on Earth will return with new episodes on Sunday, March 6, at 9:30/8:30c, Fox announced Friday. That same day, Seth MacFarlane’s animated series Bordertown will move to its new 7 pm time slot.

The Will Forte-led comedy will pick up right where it left off, with Mike’s space capsule descending toward Earth, putting him on the same planet as his big brother.

* Days of Our Lives‘ Daniel Cosgrove, whose Aiden character was recently killed off, is (somehow) returning to the NBC soap this spring, Soap Opera Digest reports.

* Reba McEntire will guest-star on a spring episode of Last Man Standing as Mike Baxter’s (Tim Allen) former college sweetheart, who now travels the world doing the kind of outdoor stuff Mike used to do.

* Freeform’s upcoming summer-camp horror series Dead of Summer, from Once Upon a Time bosses Adam Horowitz and Eddy Kitsis, has added Zelda Williams (The Legend of Korra) as a camp counselor, Alberto Frezza (Touch) as a young deputy, and Eli Goree (The 100) as another camp counselor.
