American Horror Story‘s Clea DuVall‘s has joined USA Network’s drama pilot Brooklyn Animal Control, based on the IDW Publishing comic book.
The potential series centers on a secret subdivision of the NYPD that provides social services for some of the city’s most unique citizens — werewolves.
DuVall will play Madeleine Holmlund, the eldest daughter of the current den mother and the heir apparent to lead her people.

* NBC has given a put pilot commitment to an untitled comic book drama starring Rupert Grint (the Harry Potter films), from executive producer Silvio Horta (Ugly Betty), our sister site Deadline reports. The project follows a low-level New York office drone (played by Grint) obsessed with Imperial City, a comic book series his father created before his death. He then discovers that the world of Imperial City is real, and he is the one person who can save it.
* Netflix has released a new Marvel’s Jessica Jones motion poster, featuring David Tennant’s Kilgrave. The series drops Nov. 20 at 12:01 am PT.
