Oscar Madison is setting his sights on a desperate housewife.
Teri Hatcher is joining CBS’ The Odd Couple for multiple episodes as a love interest for Matthew Perry’s lovelorn alter ego, CBS announced Thursday.
Hatcher will play Charlotte, a smart, successful single mother who lives in Oscar’s building. They meet when Oscar starts dating her nanny, but he soon realizes he’s really interested in Charlotte.
Prior to Odd Couple, Hatcher’s most significant post-Desperate Housewives gig was an arc on ABC Family’s short-lived drama Jane By Design.
The Odd Couple is slated to launch Season 2 at midseason.
