The state of Veep‘s union is strong.

HBO has renewed the Julia Louis-Dreyfus comedy for a fifth season, the network announced Monday.

The premium channel also renewed its tech-savvy comedy Silicon Valley for a third season.

Both series had their season premieres Sunday evening.

As TVLine previously reported, Veep will continue without its creator Armando Iannucci, who will leave the political satire at the end of this season. David Mandel (Curb Your Enthusiasm), with whom Louis-Dreyfus worked on Seinfeld, will replace him.
