Killing Jesus First Look: Jesus’ Crucifixion Recreated for NatGeo

One of the Bible’s most iconic moments is brought to life in TVLine’s first-look photo from National Geographic’s Killing Jesus (Sunday, March 29 at 8/7c).

Haaz Sleiman (Covert Affairs) plays the titular character in this latest representation of Jesus of Nazareth, which also explores the sociopolitical complicities that led to his eventual demise.

The Palm Sunday broadcast – based on Bill O’Reilly’s book of the same name – is a star-studded affair with a cast that also includes Kelsey Grammer (Boss) as King Herod the Great, Stephen Moyer (True Blood) as Pontius Pilate and Emmanuelle Chriqui (Entourage) as the manipulative Herodia.

for a simpler lifestyle have all been listed as reasons why people decide to trade the “security” of a corporate job for a home-based business.

I want to see a picture of Stephen Moyer in his armor!

    Maybe as we get closer…

  4. Emma says:

Interesting visual since historians now say it wasn’t a cross criminals in that time were nailed to, just an upright stake in the ground. Guess such a commitment to accuracy would offend.

But was Bill O’Reilly really there?

Hello children, do you have a personal relationship with our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ? The Son of God. For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. – John 3:16

Jesus life was taken to wash my sins. Thank GOD for sacrificing is son so that all may ask for forgiveness. I bless the father, son, and ghost daily. I found this was needed desperately in my life. Now I’m not afraid and try to live my life knowing he as at my side and his miracles are realized. May GOD bless this world in need.
