Per our sister site Deadline…
* Sommer has been cast on Good Session, CBS’ prospective comedy about a yet-to-be-cast couple, Joel and Lindsay, who learn a lot about their relationship during a seemingly simple trip to a therapist. Sommer will play Seth, Joel’s best friend from college who now lives in the suburbs with his wife and three kids.
* Findlay is relocating to Shondaland for How To Get Away With Murder, ABC’s drama starring Viola Davis as a criminal defense professor who suddenly finds herself caught up in a murder plot. Findlay will play the bad-girl neighbor of law student Wes Gibbins (Alfred Enoch). (Technically, the actress’ casting is in second position to The Carrie Diaries, should the CW drama be renewed for a third season.) Also taking a stab at Murder is Billy Brown (Hostages), as a police detective having an affair with Davis’ character.
