8:30 pm Baby Daddy (ABC Family) | Dr. Shaw determines Riley is the cause of Danny’s inability to focus on the ice and bans her from the next game.
9 pm Franklin & Bash (TNT) | Double-episode Season 3 premiere: The boys are back! First, Stanton hires legal heavyweight Rachel King (new cast member Heather Locklear, Melrose Place) to help run the firm, and Peter and Jared represent a famous musician (played by Adam Goldberg, NYC 22) accused of theft. 10 pm Hot in Cleveland (TV Land) | Live midseason premiere: Continuing tonight’s T.J. Hooker theme (see TNT, 9pm), William Shatner (as well as The Office‘s Brian Baumgartner) guest-star as Joy discovers what shady business Elka and Mamie have been up to.
