Ratings: Mother Surges With Reveal, Tops Voice; 90210 Series Finale Lacks Zip, Castle Rises

Ratings 90210 Castle FinaleHow I Met Your Mother aka Now We’ve Met the Mother! drew 8.4 million viewers with its season finale, while scoring a 3.4 rating — rising 20 and 31 percent week-to-week and edging out The Voice‘s demo in their shared half-hour.

Versus its previous finale, HIMYM dipped 3 and 8 percent.

Continuing CBS’ night, 2 Broke Girls (8.9 mil/2.9) rose 11 percent and two tenths with its finale, but was down 12 percent in the demo versus its freshman capper. Mike & Molly’s penultimate Season 3 episode did 8.3 mil/2.4, adding a few eyeballs and a tenth. Hawaii Five-0 (7.7 mil/1.8) dipped 5 percent, placing third in the 10 o’clock demo.

Over on ABC, the due-to-be-downsized Dancing With the Stars (13 mil/2.0) was flat, while Castle (11.3 mil/2.2) rose 4 percent (to its third-largest audience of the season) and two tenths.

NBC’s The Voice (11 mil/3.6) fell 9 and 12 percent week-to-week, hitting a performance show low for the season. Revolution (5.7 mil/1.9) slipped 5 percent.

And over on The CW, 90210‘s two-hour series finale averaged 621,000 viewers and a 0.2 rating, down a tenth week-to-week and down 37 and 54 percent from its previous finale.
