  2. Elyse says:

    Walking Dead DUH!

  3. Martin says:

Em, you know that character julianne has been in House of lies since this seasons premiere, right?.

  4. forwarddad says:

I just don’t get the Girls. And I am a Girl.

  5. Jack says:

Theres also a special on BBC America starting at 6:00 PM EST about the first doctor Who.

    • Simon Jester says:

      @Jack – No, that’s at 5 p.m. EST… and is a rebroadcast of last month’s special (including “The Aztecs”).

  6. Wejooo says:

    No Shameless tonight?

  7. TV Gord says:

Recording The Walking Dead, but all focused on The Oscars, and all hail Seth MacFarlane! Looking forward to his performance, including the closing number with Kristin Chenoweth! Also looking forward to the traditional Jimmy Kimmell after-Oscars special! I like to see all of the videos before they go viral!

I’m not much of a movie person, but I did see Django, Argo and Lincoln, as well as Jack Black’s Bernie (mostly because a friend of mine had a brief role in it)! I can’t wait to enjoy the spectacle!

  8. will i was says:

I’m pretty sure that Bess Armstrong was in the first two episodes this season, so she’s not really kicking off an arc. She’s more returning to continue her arc. Also how can you mention Showtime’s decent shows without mentioning it’s 2nd best show? Shameless is on at 9 tonight. Come on son!

  9. Mel says:

Amy NOOOOO! What are you thinking? Krista is not your friend. Thank goodness for the DVR! Will be watching the “big spectacle” live, and will record TWD, Shameless, House of Lies, Enlightened and Girls. So glad TGW is a repeat tonight.

  10. Mike says:

The Walking Dead, and may check out the Oscars.

  11. Babybop says:

Oscars, Amazing Race, and Walking Dead. Can’t wait for Celebrity Apprentice next week!

  12. Barb says:

AMC shows The Walking Dead again after The Talking Dead..in fact they show it back to back..so you can watch it at its regular time…and then later in the evening..so any watching of the Oscars doesn’t mean you can miss a full episode of Dead.

    • Char says:

Andrea is just a skank she was sent to the prisoner to get information and what is up with the govenor? Has anyone besides my man and I noticed the Govenor changing his patch over the (L) then (R) eye. Does he have amnesia or what? She’s a HO!!!!!!!!!!!

  13. Jennifer says:

Argo will win, but Silver Linings should win. If Affleck was nominated for Best Director the film wouldn’t be winning Best Picture tonight.

  14. Tommy says:

Hannah is obviously going to sleep with Frank. She sleeps with any new guy introduced to her character directly.

  15. Juan says:

The oscars and that’s it, life of pi was my favorite of the nominees but I did love all of the ones I saw (haven’t seen amour, zero dark, beasts, or django)

  16. jonathon says:

Easy night tonight. Only must see is The Walking Dead, can see the results who won an Oscar afterwards. Someone on this show deserves some credit on a major award show.

  17. Jason says:

Who gives a rats ass about the oscars. Every year a movie seen by 10 people that no one gears of wins. Good movies are defined by old crocks who wouldn’t give any popular movie a chance ( example batman with an amazing joker ). It’s for wanna be guppies and rich people. I like movies but I can’t stand the politics , the obvious snubs and the attitude of the Oscar industry. I rather watch zombies over that fake facade anytime

  18. tara17 says:

I’m amazed that Argo is the favorite to win. I enjoyed it a lot, but Life of Pi should be a lock for Best Pic, imo. Django and Silver Linings are also above Argo. Haven’t seen Amour, Lincoln or ZDT, to be fair. So yeah, I’m watching THE OSCARS!

  19. Jess says:

Oscars and the walking dead (if the Oscars end on time, which they never do).

  20. Char says:

If Rick wasn’t getting a spiritual guidance from laurie he would not have been outside he would not have been able to save the man with one leg. She kind of gave him spiritual guidance. Andrea got what she wanted. She got some punannny and now she is his forever. She is his forever NOW.
She will not come to her senses until it is to late or become a walker, and the Governor has her chained up like Penny, and the doctor tries to bring her back with his techque.
