10 pm The Americans (FX) | Series premiere, 90 minutes: Keri Russell (Felicity) and Matthew Rhys (Brothers & Sisters) star in this period drama as KGB spies posing as an American couple in circa-1980s suburban Washington, D.C. As their feelings for each other grow more genuine by the day, the arranged marriage is constantly tested by the escalation of the Cold War – and things don’t get any easier when an FBI agent (Noah Emmerich, White Collar) moves next door.
