If your wildest TV dreams have ever involved Michael Vaughn and Chandler Bing palling around, you’re in luck: Michael Vartan has booked a guest spot on Matthew Perry’s new series, Go On.
From executive producer Scott Silveri (Friends, Perfect Couples), the NBC comedy stars the former Friend as a sports-talk radio host who, while coping with a major loss, (eventually) finds solace in his mandatory group-therapy sessions.
The Alias alum has been tapped to play a hockey player who hits the rink with Perry’s leading man, TVLine has confirmed. Real-life NHL star Jeremy Roenick will also be on hand for the installment.

Vartan once guest-starred a late-’90s episode of Friends — though not opposite Perry — and most recently starred in TNT’s HawthoRNe, which wrapped its three-season run last year.
After a handful of preview showings, Go On officially launches Tuesday, Sept. 11 at 9/8c.
