We’ve kept up with ’em and watched ’em take Miami (they’ve even won NBA championship rings–by proxy), so what’s next for those kooky Kardashians? Khloé & Lamar, that’s what.
Khloé Kardashian-Odom and Lakers star-hubby Lamar Odom are leaving the family nest and starting their own little reality show over on E!, the aptly (if tentatively) titled Khloé & Lamar.
But don’t expect the same old song and dance from this dynamic duo. The eight-episode series is said to show what life is really like for the no-longer-newlyweds, including Odom’s life on the road with his team (cue the Kobe Bryant cameos), dealing with the budding career of baby brother Robert Kardashian (the couple’s now semi-permanent houseguest), and of course, the continuing will-they-won’t-they saga of an impending pregnancy.
“[Khloé and Lamar] are fascinating individuals in their own right, and together the duo are a powerhouse,” says Lisa Berger, E!’s Executive Vice President of Entertainment Programming. “They are funny, dramatic, opinionated, and we intend to capture all this, along with the unvarnished reality of their lives together and apart, since each is constantly followed by their own celebrity spotlight.”
