Your Guide to July 4th Specials, Marathons and More

July 4 TV Marathons

Poolside BBQs and fireworks are excellent ways to celebrate Independence Day, but we at TVLine are just as excited for the holiday television. To that end, we’ve curated a list of specials and marathons bowing Friday, July 4, including a staggering Walking Dead parade, a chance to bone up on Masters of Sex and, of course, the best light shows in the country. Here are 13 programs to keep on your radar this Friday. (More weekend programming will be covered in Saturday and Sunday editions of What to Watch.)

I agree. I love NCIS marathons. It is the only good show to watch during the holidays. The shows, especially with Ziva, never get old.

Pivot is airing Buffy the Vampire Slayer all day

Almost everyday has a Star Trek: The Next Generation marathon on BBC America. That show, along with Top Gear and Kitchen Nightmares, seem to be practically the only shows on BBCA.
